Base Commission for Selling Usborne Books
- Internet Sales: 25%
- Home Shows: 25%
- Book Fairs: 17-20%
- Booth Events: 40% gross profit
- Cards for a Cause Fundraiser: 17% on net
- Reading Incentive Programs: 30%+ profit
- Direct Sales to Schools/Libraries: 17-25%
Commission percentages vary according to the retail order or discounts/free books offered. Only trained “Educational Consultants” are eligible to approach libraries & schools K-12, public or private, for any sales.
+5% Personal Sales Bonus
| When you sell at least $750 net in a month’s time frame at parties, online and direct sales to schools & libraries, you earn a 5% personal sales bonus on those sales that month.
Book fair, RFTS and LFL programs are not eligible. Net sales = retail sales minus commissions.

+4% Recruiting Bonus
| When you sell at least $350 net in a month’s time frame, you are eligible for a 4% recruiting bonus on all your personal recruits’ net sales.
Team Leaders receive 2% on personal recruits’ net sales and pay 2% of recruiting bonus for those in central group. Net sales = retail sales minus commissions.

Advancement Opportunity – an 11% pay raise!*

| Promote to Team Leader to earn an additional 11% monthly cash override on your own net sales...
For a $400 party, Team Leaders earn $100 in commission - PLUS 11% on the $300 net
(net = retail minus commission)
So as a Team Leader, that's an extra $33 CASH!

Or, in other words...
Team Leaders earn 33% MORE on every party they do!
PLUS, Team Leaders earn 11% override on their consultants' net sales who are in their central group. In other words, Team Leaders earn $33 on every $400 party their central group team members do!
AND, on all 1st, 2nd and 3rd level promoted out groups in your downline, earn 7%, 5%, and 1% monthly cash overrides respectively.
*Based on net sales. Overrides for LFL, RFTS, Fundraisers, Book Fairs are 50% less on all levels -
so 5.5%, 3.5%, 2.5%, and .5%.
